SSNET which is owned/ operated by SS Network Private Limited bearing company registration number C13282022 (collectively with its affiliates “SSNET” or “We”) provides a host of products and services, including but not limited to cable TV/ IPTV service, customer portal, set-top box (STB) and other related products and services offered via its website at [www.ssnet.mv] (“Service”).
Every time our Service is used or accessed by you (“User”), you accept our Terms of Service (“Terms”).
You agree that by using or accessing our Service in any manner, a legally binding agreement is formed between us (“Use of Service”) and that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
By use of Service, you agree you are a registered company or individual in the Maldives and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or you are above the age of 18 (Eighteen) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Our Services are not available to persons below the age of 18 (Eighteen).
If you are below the age of 18 (Eighteen), you shall only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
You may be required to create an account and provide certain personal information in order to access certain features of our Service. You agree to provide current, accurate, true and complete information when creating your account and in maintenance of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Within the Service, you may be offered various subscription plans, including but not limited to channel access fees, pay-per-view fees for individual programs or events and fees for additional services such as DVR.
All fees are non-refundable.
The terms and conditions of each subscription plan will be made available to you at the time of purchase.
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription and to comply with any applicable billing and payment terms.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, bring changes to our Service and cancel or disallow subscriptions with no notice.
You agree to allow us to enter into your premises in the event it is required to enable you to use or access our Service.

In our use of Service, you are granted only a limited license which is non-sublicensable and non-exclusive in nature (“License”).

You agree to use our Service only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
You agree not use to our Service to transmit, distribute or store or cause to transmit, distribute or store: any material that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate; or any material which may violate the rights of third-parties; or any material containing viruses, worms or other harmful software.
The Service, including but not limited to logos, slogans and service names is the property of SSNET or its licensors and you agree not to violate any law, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right or commit a tort.

Our Service is provided through a third-party platform and network which may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SSNET.
We will not assume any responsibility or be held liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party websites or services.
The STB contains a third party owned software which may be updated from time to time to enable you to use or access certain features of our Service which shall also be subject to Clause 7 of these Terms.
You acknowledge that the updating of such software may disrupt our Service for a temporary period and agree to maintain conduct as per the instructions issued by us in respect of updates to the said software.
Any modification to the Terms will repeal and replace all previous versions and become effective after 30 (Thirty) days of notice to the User of Service.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date indicates acceptance to the new Terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your use of Service definitely or indefinitely without notice, if you are found to be in violation of applicable law or these Terms; or if we are unable to provide the Service.
To the extent allowed by law, in no event shall SSNET, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, third-party suppliers, licensors and employees be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind (including but not limited to loss of profit and loss of data) arising in contract or tort or arising in use or in relation to use of our Service.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of SSNET exceed the amount paid by you.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold SSNET, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, third-party suppliers, licensors and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, cost, loss or damage (including legal fees) arising out of your use of Service or your violation of applicable law, these Terms or third-party rights.
Our Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties, be it express or implied including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of information, content or material contained in the Service or error-free, current or complete Service.
Any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of, relating to, or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Maldives law.
Any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of, relating to, or in connection with these Terms shall initially be resolved by amicable negotiations among us, and if not resolved through such negotiations within 30 (Thirty) days of written notice of the existence of such dispute, claim or cause of action, it shall be referred to the competent court of law in the Maldives.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and correspondence between us in this regard.
In the event that any section or part of the sections in these Terms is held to be a violation of any applicable law, the same shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and shall be of no force and effect and these Terms shall remain in full force and effect as if such section or part had not originally been contained in these Terms.
